Precision Fit: The “Twist-Free” Installation Advantage

Unlike “one-size-fits-all” kits that leave you with kinked cables or strained connectors, our system utilizes a Bespoke Completion Architecture. The primary 40mm² Oxygen-Free Hi-Flex power run is pre-crimped at one end, allowing you to route the cable through the chassis first. By crimping the final connection in situ, you ensure a perfect, natural lay of the cable without any internal twisting or kinking.

To ensure a professional finish, we include a dedicated 6-50mm² Hex-Crimp Tool. We’ve even pre-slit the insulation on the measured engine-bay run; simply pull off the slug, mark your orientation, and crimp. Then recover the heat-shrink over the lug.

A critical failure point in factory configurations is the unprotected primary fusebox feed. Our kit corrects this with a dedicated Fusebox Power Leg featuring:

  • 125A Midival Protection: Integrated just inches from the junction to protect the primary vehicle loom from catastrophic shorts.
  • OEM+ Integration: The fusebox-side features a pre-crimped, heat-shrunk 90-degree lug for a low-profile, factory-integrated fit under the fusebox cover.
  • 3-Way M8 Junction Box: A central firewall hub that manages power distribution with industrial-grade reliability.

Superior Grounding Path & Continuity

Grounding is often overlooked in relocation kits, leading to “ghost” electrical issues and sensor interference. Our kit includes a revised grounding strategy to ensure maximum continuity. We utilize a high-conductivity path that connects the factory-designated M6 chassis ground point on the front cross-member directly to the power steering hose metal bracket. This creates a low-impedance link between the chassis and the drivetrain, which is then completed by a tinned-copper braid ground strap. This approach restores the factory STAR grounding architecture, providing multiple high efficiency return paths just as the engineers intended. Flexible Boot Architecture

The battery-to-distribution link is supplied with additional length to accommodate a variety of mounting preferences within the left-hand side of the boot false-floor area. Installation Requirements

  • Tools Required: Sharp knife (for insulation removal), Marker pen (to denote lug orientation), suitable Heat-Gun, basic 1/4″ Ratchet set, Riv-nut Tool and preferably a battery operated drill or better an angle-drill.
  • Pro-Tip: Use your marker to align the lug with the cable’s natural curve before crimping to prevent internal tension.
  • Safety Warning: Do not use a naked flame (lighter) for the heat shrink. A heat gun is required to properly activate the internal adhesive for a permanent, moisture-proof seal.
